Clear Mandate. Binding Responsibility. Shared Objective.
FrAndre-X accepts selected mandates for business opportunities, investment projects, project developments and market expansion initiatives.
A mandate defines the objective to be achieved, the responsibilities assumed by FrAndre-X, and the applicable scope of services, accountabilities, confidentiality provisions and remuneration arrangements.
We do not work on the basis of non-binding requests for introductions. A mandate requires demonstrable commercial potential, reliable information and a concrete intention to proceed with implementation.
What a Mandate Defines
A mandate creates clarity regarding:
- the initial situation and objectives
- the scope of services
- roles and responsibilities
- timelines and milestones
- confidentiality
- information and decision-making processes
- remuneration and success-related components
- the intended results
This establishes a clear and binding foundation for the cooperation.
Our Mandate Structures
Assessment Mandate
We assess the potential, market environment, commercial plausibility, risks and feasibility of a proposed opportunity.
The result is a structured basis for deciding whether the project should be examined or developed further.
Development Mandate
We structure the business model, positioning, partner requirements, financing options and project roadmap.
The objective is to establish a robust basis for further decisions, partner discussions and implementation measures.
Matching and Intermediation Mandate
We identify, qualify and connect suitable companies, investors, buyers, sellers or cooperation partners.
We support the initiation of contact and prepare discussions on a clearly defined commercial basis.
Implementation Mandate
We coordinate the parties involved, support decision-making and negotiations, and accompany the project through to a defined project, contractual or implementation milestone.
Scaling Mandate
We structure the expansion of proven models to additional partners, regions, locations or markets.
Mandates for International Market Entry
For Chinese and other international clients, FrAndre-X accepts selected mandates for entering and developing the German and European markets.
The specific scope of the mandate may range from initial market and partner qualification to the development of dealer networks, location structures and acquisition opportunities, as well as support for the operational rollout.
FrAndre-X coordinates the commercial and operational parties involved. Where required, legal, tax, regulatory and permitting matters are handled by appropriately qualified specialist partners.
Proprietary Platforms as Evidence of Our Methodology
Our own platform projects demonstrate how FrAndre-X integrates market demand, business models, partner structures and implementation measures within a coherent project architecture.
In the case of Wärmium, this includes the development of the platform model, the establishment of an interdisciplinary partner network and the structuring of specific energy projects.
For MeinHeimatHaus, FrAndre-X combines residential concepts, project partners, energy solutions, financing and potential location models.
Through Xobotia, we are developing access to commercially viable applications in robotics, artificial intelligence and automation.
We apply the methodology developed through these projects to suitable external mandates.
The Mandate Process
1. Confidential Initial Assessment
We clarify the initial situation, the client, the objectives, the current decision-making status and the project’s general suitability for a mandate.
2. Preliminary Review
FrAndre-X assesses plausibility, market relevance, fundamental feasibility and potential conflicts of interest.
3. Mandate Definition
The scope of services, responsibilities, objectives, confidentiality arrangements and remuneration are defined in writing.
4. Execution and Coordination
We analyse, structure, research, qualify and coordinate in accordance with the agreed mandate.
Progress, decisions and next steps are reviewed regularly with the client.
5. Result
Each mandate is directed towards a clearly defined commercial outcome or measurable project progress.
Remuneration
Remuneration is determined by the nature of the assignment, its scope and the level of responsibility involved.
Possible components include:
- a one-time assessment or structuring fee
- a project-specific mandate fee
- ongoing project support fees
- intermediation or success-based fees
- an equity participation or joint venture model
The specific remuneration structure is agreed transparently and in writing before the mandate begins.
Confidentiality
Many mandates involve non-public business opportunities, intended company sales, investment decisions or strategic market-entry plans.
FrAndre-X therefore works with clearly defined confidentiality and information-access levels. Sensitive information is disclosed only to qualified and duly authorised parties.
Our Mandate Principles
We accept mandates on the basis of:
- commercial substance
- clearly defined objectives
- reliable information
- authorised and accountable contacts
- realistic feasibility
- transparency of interests
- clearly defined remuneration
- mutual commitment
For FrAndre-X, a mandate is more than an assignment. It represents the assumption of clearly defined responsibility.
Reliability in Cross-Border Mandates
International market entry requires clearly assigned responsibilities, transparent decision-making and controlled information flows.
FrAndre-X therefore works on the basis of precisely defined mandates, agreed confidentiality provisions and transparent remuneration structures.
Information is disclosed exclusively to qualified parties and within the agreed scope of the mandate. Progress, outstanding decisions and next steps are reviewed regularly with the client.
